Find an experienced handyman in VIC

We have 5 parking bollards to install in our parking bays. The bollards can be secured using 4 bolts per bollard. They are being installed onto a brick and concrete driving area. We will need help sourcing the securing bolts, 20 in total.

The entrance to the hole is square and is approximately 70cm×70cm and probably 10cm in depth ( these are estimates) I just need a someone to cut the lid open so the guys can go in to service it.
